Our next neighborhood meeting will on Saturday, June 15th at 11am in the community room of Tompkins Community Action. The entrance to the community room is in the back off the rear parking lot. Take the driveway immediately on the right after you enter from Spencer Road, then turn left once you reach the rear of the building.
As always, we’ll have coffee and some snacks, and we’ll share our ideas and concerns. In particular, we are wondering about having a neighborhood picnic at Lower Buttermilk Park sometime in August, and we’d love to hear your thoughts.
hello. Browsing at homes and stumbled across a house in your neighborhood. Could I take a look at your HOA contract so I can convince the wife to join this wonderful neighborhood?
This is not an HOA, so there is no contract and no fees. We are just a group of people who live in the same area of the City. The City of Ithaca has different neighborhood groups for different parts of the City. More info here: https://www.cityofithaca.org/185/Neighborhood-Planning
Thank you for your help, Emily. Sounds like a great neighborhood to be a part of to voluntarily do something like this.
